Terms and Conditions:

By booking or using our (Moss & Marble Cleaning Co.) services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer the following cleaning services:

  • Residential Cleaning

  • Commercial Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Maintenance Cleaning

  • Move-in / Move-out Cleaning

  • Custom Cleaning Plans

  • Short Term Rental Cleaning

 

3. Bookings and Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

  • Clients must provide accurate access details to the premises.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon booking.

  • A reminder e-mail will be sent 2 days prior to appointment.

  • We have the right to use a distance measuring device in the event of unknown square footage.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change and may vary based on location, size of property, conditions, pets or children and specific requests.

  • All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the premises.

  • We do not expect deposits or pre-payments.

  • Payment is due upon invoice of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash and e-transfer.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50 which is to be paid before your next booking.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the premises will result in the full charge for the service.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Secure pets and valuables during cleaning.

  • Inform us in advance of any specific cleaning needs or instructions.

  • Report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion.

 

7. Damage and Liability

  • While we take great care, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Items not secured or properly installed

    • Natural wear and tear

  • Any damage or issues caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

 

8. Health and Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter hazardous or uncomfortable conditions.

  • Clients must notify us of any risks such as biohazards, mold, pests, or dangerous materials.

 

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours. We offer complimentary touch ups and will re-clean as necessary within 24 hours but we do not offer refunds of services already provided. 

 

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only use your personal information to provide and improve our services. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or direct communication. You agree to these terms and conditions during submission of booking forms provided on the website.
