It is preferred that the space undergoing a clean is clear of pets and people. It doesn't mean you have to fully leave your property but please be respectful of our cleaners during service and to keep the area clear for safety, efficiency and comfortability.
In-person or virtual walk throughs are optional before service to ensure your needs are thoroughly communicated before hand - so you can feel confident giving our cleaners space.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50 which is to be paid before your next booking.
No-shows or failure to provide access to the premises will result in the full charge for the service.

During all of our residential cleans, we use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe, effective, and environmentally responsible, unless we are instructed to use client provided products.
The products we carry are free from harsh chemicals and are designed to clean thoroughly without leaving behind harmful residues or strong chemical odors. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance, we’re happy to accommodate your needs wherever possible. Note: in some commercial or industrial environments, we may need to use disinfectants or chemicals that meet specific health and safety regulations, particularly in areas like food prep zones, medical offices, or high-traffic public spaces.
